Digital marketing run as one program, not five disconnected channels
We plan, run and measure paid media, search, content, and lifecycle marketing for B2B and SMB companies in bilingual markets. One team, one measurement model, one monthly report that says what worked and what didn't.

Five disciplines. Most clients retain three or more.
Channels only compound when they share one message and one measurement model. Run them through separate vendors and you get five reports that each claim the same lead.
Paid search & social
Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta. Built for qualified-opportunity cost, not lead volume — with negative-keyword hygiene and offline conversion import back from your CRM.
- Search · PMax · demand gen
- LinkedIn ABM
- Offline conversion import
- Creative testing cadence
Search engine optimization
Technical remediation, content clusters, authority and AI-search visibility. The slow channel that eventually carries the program — sequenced so paid funds it in year one.
- Technical & content SEO
- Bilingual keyword research
- AI-answer visibility
- Full SEO service →
Content & creative
Editorial content, landing pages, ad creative and sales collateral produced natively in English and French-Canadian, on your brand system rather than adjacent to it.
- Editorial & landing pages
- Ad creative production
- Native EN + FR-CA
- Sales enablement assets
Lifecycle & CRM
Nurture, onboarding, retention and win-back flows in HubSpot, Odoo or Klaviyo. The cheapest revenue in most programs is the pipeline you already paid to acquire.
- Nurture & scoring
- Onboarding & retention
- HubSpot · Odoo · Klaviyo
- Deliverability hygiene
Analytics & attribution
GA4, server-side tagging, consent mode, and a pipeline model that reconciles platform-reported conversions against what your CRM actually closed.
- GA4 · server-side tagging
- Consent mode · Law 25
- CRM reconciliation
- Executive dashboard
Four stages, each with one number we're accountable for.
Most programs fail because everyone optimizes their own stage. We agree the metric per stage up front, then report against all four together — including the ones that make us look bad.
Create the category need
Content, paid social and PR aimed at buyers who don't yet know the problem has a name. Measured on reach into the accounts you care about, not clicks.
Win the queries with intent
Paid search, SEO and comparison content covering the moment a buyer is actively shopping. The highest-margin work in most B2B programs.
Remove friction from the close
Landing pages, proof assets, pricing clarity and sales collateral. Usually the fastest lift available — and the one most agencies skip because it isn't a channel.
Keep and grow the account
Lifecycle flows, onboarding sequences, referral and win-back programs. Cheaper than acquisition by an order of magnitude, and routinely unowned.
Flat monthly fee. Never a percentage of your ad spend.
You pay the platforms directly on your own accounts. Our fee reflects the work, so testing a small budget costs the same as scaling a large one — and we have no reason to push spend up.
One channel, done properly
Usually paid search or lifecycle. For companies with an internal marketer who needs one channel owned by a specialist.
- One channel · full ownership
- Conversion tracking rebuild
- Monthly written report
- Named channel lead
- Quarterly strategy session
Bilingual full-funnel program
Paid, SEO, content and lifecycle run together under one measurement model. Where most of our accounts sit and where the channels start compounding.
- Paid search · paid social · SEO
- 8–12 content pieces / month
- Lifecycle & CRM flows
- Attribution & exec dashboard
- EN + FR-CA campaigns, split reporting
- Quarterly executive review
Embedded marketing team
A full pod — strategist, two channel specialists, content lead, analyst — operating as your marketing department with a fractional CMO on top.
- Dedicated five-person pod
- Fractional CMO · 4 days / month
- Multi-region, multi-language
- Custom BI & attribution build
- Weekly stand-ups in your tools
- Board-level reporting
Medians across 23 accounts, twelve months in.
Measured on qualified opportunities and closed revenue from the CRM, reconciled against platform reporting. Lead-volume improvements are excluded because they are trivially easy to fake.
“Our previous agency billed 15% of spend and spent every review recommending more spend. Noordev cut the budget 20% in month two, killed four campaigns, and we closed more deals that quarter than the one before.”
Before you retain us.
If your question isn't here, ask it on the call. We answer honestly, including when the answer is that you don't need an agency yet.
What digital marketing services do you offer?
+Five disciplines: paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft), search engine optimization, content marketing, lifecycle and CRM marketing, and analytics with attribution. Most clients retain three or more together because the channels only compound when they share one measurement model and one message.
How much do digital marketing services cost?
+Retainers run CAD $6,000 to $30,000 per month, excluding ad spend. Single-channel programs start at $6k. Full-funnel programs with paid, SEO, content and lifecycle run $14k. Embedded-team engagements are $30k and up. We do not take a percentage of ad spend — that model rewards us for spending more of your money, not for making it work.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
+No. We charge a flat monthly retainer based on scope and the size of the program, and you pay the platforms directly with your own credit card on your own accounts. Percentage-of-spend pricing creates an incentive to increase budget rather than efficiency, and it makes it expensive to test small.
How quickly will we see results?
+Paid media produces measurable results in weeks — usually a first read on cost per qualified lead inside 30 days. Lifecycle and CRM improvements show in the following quarter. SEO and content compound over 4 to 9 months. We sequence programs so the fast channels fund the slow ones.
Do you handle bilingual EN/FR campaigns?
+Yes, and separately rather than in translation. Québec French search and social behaviour differs enough from English Canada that shared creative underperforms in both. We build parallel campaigns, native French copy, and language-split reporting. Arabic-market campaigns run through our Rabat studio.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
+You do, always. We work inside your Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4 and CRM instances under delegated access. If the relationship ends we revoke our own access and everything — campaigns, creative, audiences, dashboards, documentation — stays where it is.
How do you report and what do you actually measure?
+One monthly written report against forecast, plus a live dashboard. We report cost per qualified opportunity and pipeline contribution as the headline numbers. Impressions, clicks and CTR appear as diagnostics, not achievements, and every report states what we got wrong as well as what worked.
Will you work alongside our in-house marketing team?
+That is our most common arrangement. We typically own the channels your team has no specialist for, run the measurement layer, and train your people on the rest. We would rather make an internal team self-sufficient in eighteen months than hold a channel hostage indefinitely.
A 45-minute review of what you're already running.
Give us read access to your ad accounts and GA4 before the call. We'll come with the three things we'd change first — whether or not you hire us.
