Odoo, configured to fit your business
Our eight-person Odoo practice implements, migrates, and supports Odoo 18 and 19 for Canadian and North-African SMBs — end-to-end, with the documentation and training your team keeps after we leave.

Twelve modules we've configured dozens of times each.
We don't try to be experts in everything Odoo ships. We go deep on the modules our clients actually run — Sales, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and a short list of well-configured adjacencies.
CRM & Sales
Pipelines, quotes, subscriptions, sales analytics. Clean data flows into Finance.
Accounting
Multi-currency AR/AP, analytic accounting, GST/HST/QST, IFRS-ready chart of accounts.
Inventory
Multi-warehouse routing, barcode scanning, reordering rules, serial and lot tracking.
Manufacturing · MRP
BOMs, routings, work orders, WIP, and quality control. PLM when the catalog grows.
Purchase
RFQs, vendor management, approval rules, three-way matching against receipts and bills.
HR & Payroll
Org chart, time-off, payroll (Canada + Morocco), expense reports, performance reviews.
Project & Timesheets
Tasks, planning, billable hours flowing straight through to invoicing and analytics.
Point of Sale
Retail and hospitality POS with offline mode, kitchen tickets, and multi-location reporting.
eCommerce & Website
Branded storefronts wired to the same product catalog — no sync jobs, no reconciliation drift.
Marketing Automation
Email, events, surveys, and SMS campaigns tied to the CRM — no separate tool required.
Helpdesk & Field Service
Ticketing, SLAs, and mobile field-service workflows with signature capture and timesheets.
Studio · custom fields
Lightweight customizations and custom modules for the 10% Odoo doesn't ship out of the box.
Five phases. Each signed off before the next begins.
Fixed-fee per phase. Each one has a named deliverable and an exit criterion. We stop if something isn't working — we don't bill through doubt.

Three ways to work with us. Fixed fee, not T&M.
We don't bill by the hour. Each engagement is scoped, priced, and signed off in writing before we start configuration.
Quick-start implementation
One or two modules, clean data, under 20 users. Designed for SMBs replacing a spreadsheet or a legacy point tool.
- Up to 2 modules · Sales + Finance typical
- Dedicated sandbox · 2 UAT cycles
- Data migration · up to 50k rows
- Two-day end-user training
- Thirty days of hyper-care post go-live
Mid-market implementation
Three to six modules, multi-entity finance, non-trivial migration. Most of our projects land here — the sweet spot for 50–250 employees.
- 3–6 modules · Sales · Finance · Inventory · HR
- Multi-entity · multi-currency
- Full data migration & reconciliation
- Role-based training · admin certification
- Ninety days hyper-care · retainer option
Managed Odoo retainer
For clients already live on Odoo. Version upgrades, new-module rollouts, bug triage, and a quarterly optimization review.
- Named Odoo lead on your account
- 4-hour SLA for business-critical
- Annual version upgrade included
- Quarterly review & roadmap
- Discounted rate on new modules
We support what Odoo supports. No exceptions.
Running an end-of-life version is a security decision, not a budget one. We'll always tell you when it's time to upgrade — and we'll deliver the migration fixed-fee.
Odoo 19 · GA
Current release. All new implementations ship on 19 unless the client has a specific blocker.
Odoo 17
Fully supported. Upgrade path to 18 is smooth — 2–3 week project for most clients.
Odoo 16
End of support in Q4 2026. We're migrating clients off 16 now — plan for a Q3 upgrade window.
Odoo 15 & below
No longer receiving security patches. We'll migrate you forward — not build net-new work on EOL versions.
Measured in close time, not just go-live dates.
Every engagement closes with a written measurement of what improved — and what didn't. The numbers below are medians across 67 production deployments.
Before you book.
Do you work on Odoo Community or only Enterprise?
+Both, though we recommend Enterprise for any business expecting to run accounting, HR, or multi-company features. Community is fine for small teams running Sales + Inventory only.
Can you host Odoo, or do we use odoo.sh?
+Both. odoo.sh is our default for most clients — it's operated by Odoo and keeps upgrades simple. We offer managed self-hosting on AWS for clients with data-residency or compliance reasons to stay off SaaS.
How much customization do you do?
+As little as possible. Our rule: 85% standard Odoo, 10% Studio tweaks, 5% custom modules. Heavy customization is a migration tax you pay every two years — we'd rather fit the process to the tool when we can.
What if we're already on Odoo and need help?
+Common situation. We start with a two-week audit — performance, configuration hygiene, upgrade readiness — then propose a fixed-fee remediation plan. About 40% of our Odoo revenue is rescue work.
Can you work with our existing integrations (Shopify, Stripe, Hubspot)?
+Yes. Our connector library covers Shopify, Stripe, Square, Hubspot, Salesforce, and a half-dozen Canadian payroll providers. We rebuild integrations that aren't holding up, rather than layer workarounds.
What happens after go-live?
+Ninety days of hyper-care are included in every implementation. After that, most clients move to a monthly retainer covering upgrades, new modules, and tier-2 support. About 80% of our Odoo clients renew year-over-year.
A 45-minute conversation. No sales pitch.
Tell us what you're trying to do — replace a legacy tool, rescue a stalled implementation, prepare for an upgrade — and we'll tell you honestly whether Odoo is the right fit and what the next quarter should look like.
